2) Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Site. By browsing the Site, the user (“User”) accepts the provisions of this Legal Notice and of the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
3) Intellectual and industrial property
3.1. All content on the Site (texts, images, photographs, logos, brands, videos, files, design, code) is protected by copyright, related rights and industrial property rights belonging to LUSILECTRA or to third-party licensors.
3.2. Any reproduction, alteration, transformation, distribution, publication, download, transmission, display or exploitation of the content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of LUSILECTRA or the legitimate rights holder.
3.3. Strictly personal and non-commercial use is permitted, provided that brands, notices and rights statements are left intact.
4) Content, accuracy and updates
4.1. LUSILECTRA makes reasonable efforts to keep information correct and up to date (product characteristics, prices, availability).
4.2. Nevertheless, mistakes, typographical errors or omissions may occur. In the event of an obvious error (e.g. a manifestly incorrect price), LUSILECTRA may correct the information and cancel or adjust transactions, with a refund where applicable, under the Terms of Service.
4.3. LUSILECTRA may change, suspend or withdraw content, features or the Site itself at any time, without prior notice.
5) Liability and limitations
5.1. Access to and use of the Site are at the User’s own risk. LUSILECTRA does not guarantee that the Site is free from interruptions, errors, viruses or other harmful elements.
5.2. LUSILECTRA is not liable for damage or loss resulting from: (i) interruptions or failures of telecommunications/suppliers; (ii) misuse of the Site; (iii) purchase decisions based solely on Site content without further validation; (iv) external links and third-party content (see section 6).
5.3. Without prejudice to mandatory rules, LUSILECTRA’s liability for direct damage related to the use of the Site is limited to the amount, if any, paid by the User in the specific context of the transaction concerned.

6.1. The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, provided solely for convenience.
6.2. LUSILECTRA does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites. Access is at the User’s sole responsibility, and the User should consult the respective terms and policies.
7) Acceptable use and prohibitions
7.1. The User undertakes not to use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes or in a way that prevents its normal operation, including (without limitation): intrusion into systems, massive automated data extraction (scraping), spreading malware, attempting reverse engineering of non-public areas, or sending unlawful, defamatory or obscene content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
7.2. LUSILECTRA may block access for users who breach this Legal Notice or compromise the security/integrity of the Site.

9.1. LUSILECTRA adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the Site and the data processed through it.

10) Online purchases
Purchase and sale transactions carried out through the Site are governed by the Terms of Service and the Returns and Refund Policy published in the Online Store. In the event of any discrepancy between these documents and any other information provided on the Site, the Terms of Service and the Returns and Refund Policy shall prevail, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
11) Dispute resolution (consumers)
11.1. If the User is a consumer, they may refer disputes of up to €5,000 to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities (list available on the website of the Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumers: www.consumidor.gov.pt/ral-mapa-e-lista-de-entidades).

12) Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Portuguese law. Without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to consumers, the territorially competent Portuguese court shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from the use of the Site.
13) Severability
The invalidity or ineffectiveness of any provision of this Legal Notice shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which shall remain in full force and effect.
14) Changes to the Legal Notice
LUSILECTRA may update this Legal Notice at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the time of each visit. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Portuguese version shall prevail.
